WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER?

A pre-order is an order made for a product that hasn’t been launched for general sale. By pre-ordering the product you can secure your size and not worry about it selling out soon.
For now, our products are just available for pre-order.


THE IMPORTANCE OF PRE-ORDERING

To contribute to sustainable practices as a fashion brand, we want to confine the total amount of merchandise we carry; we want to supply you with exactly what you need. Pre-ordering allows us to select the products you want while holding less inventory. When you pre-order, you assist us in almost eliminating overproduction. We believe that this is an important component of contributing to sustainable ways.


PAYMENTS

To secure your purchase, you must pay in full using one of the available payment options.
1- The currency we work with.
2- Tax and shipping price and, if we do it internationally we should mention the extra amount.
3- If in some cases some personal information such as ID card will need we should let them know in advance.
4- Ways of Payment: paypall, apple pay, debit, credit, master card?


DELIVERY

If your purchase is part of a pre-order, the expected delivery date will be displayed with product specifications at the time of pre-order.
We make every effort to deliver our pre-order products within 4-5 weeks of the time frame after the order has been placed. If there are any changes to the delivery dates of your order, we will notify you via email. We will send you another email to confirm that your product has been shipped and to give tracking information.


CANCELLATION

Please keep in mind that, due to the nature of pre-order items, we will not accept cancellations.
Normal exchange and return policies apply to your pre-ordered products once they are delivered. And to do so please email a return or exchange request within 14 days of receiving your item to info@jumoransa.com and include the order number and the reason for filing the following request.
You have 14 days after receiving acknowledgment of your returns or exchange request to return your product(s). You can get further information under our returns and refunds page.

ORDERS

Before placing your order, you will have the option to review your choices, check the total amount of your order, and fix any entry errors before submitting your transaction.


SHIPPING

Once the order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation and order summary via the email address you provided on placing the order with us. The order confirmation includes your order number, details regarding the item you ordered, and shipping information.
Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days of being placed. Estimated delivery timeframes begin from the day of dispatch. Orders go through a quality check before being sent out.
We will notify you of any available tracking information once the order has been dispatched.
If we experience a delay in delivering your order for any reason, we will inform you as soon as possible and take steps to minimize the delay.
Delays might occur due to holidays and during the sales period. We shall not be held liable for delays beyond our control, however if your order is substantially delayed, you may contact us to terminate your contract and receive a refund for any purchases that have yet to be dispatched.
Please be aware that customs inspections may cause delivery delays for international deliveries. These are out of our hands. Depending on your chosen location, there might be additional customs or import duties charged to your order upon delivery. We are not accountable for them and are unable to foresee what they could be.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

JÚ team hopes you are pleased with your order and enjoy your product(s) as much as we do. However, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please email a return or exchange request within 14 days of receiving your item to info@jumoransa.com and include the order number and the reason for filing the following request.
You have 14 days after receiving acknowledgment of your returns or exchange request to return your product(s). Items sent outside of these times will be rejected and returned to the sender unless there are extraordinary circumstances, which we reserve the right to assess at our discretion.


EXCHANGES

If you choose to request an exchange, we will do so at our sole discretion and subject to availability. If an exchange is required due to a default or error on the part of the JÚ team, we will cover postage both ways. If an exchange is requested for any other reason, the client is responsible for the return postage, while we are accountable for the postage of the new item(s).
If customs or import duties are required for an international exchange on its return to us, the customer is responsible for these fees. If the customer fails to reimburse the customs duties, the remaining amount will be refunded.
All returned products must be in excellent, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition, with all labels and tags attached, and in the original packaging that was provided with the order, as this is considered part of the product(s). If a promotional gift was provided with the product(s), it must also be returned.


RETURNS

Accepting the return request is at our discretion.
Any returns must be sent from the same country in which the order was delivered. Unless the item is defective or damaged, return shipping charges will not be reimbursed by us.
All returned products must be in excellent, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition, with all labels and tags attached, and in the original packaging that was provided with the order, as this is considered part of the product(s). If a promotional gift was provided with the product(s), it must also be returned.
All of our products are thoroughly quality-checked before being shipped to the customer; however, if your product(s) arrive damaged, please contact us immediately at info@jumoransa.com pls include your order number and explain the issue.
When we receive the returned product(s), we will conduct additional quality checks, and if it does not match our stated requirements, the product(s) will be returned to the sender.
Once your return has been received and approved, you will receive a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Please keep in mind that product(s) should not be returned without first filing a return request to the aforementioned email address; any unannounced returns may be refused. This service is only available for items purchased from this website.
